Argentina Visa Requirement

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages
  • Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background
  • Visa application form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant
  • Letter of invitation from the inviting party in the Argentine Republic
  • Proof of comercial/work activity in the place of residence (for example, letter issued by the employer)
  • Round trip reservation (Recommendation: do not purchase tickets before obtaining the visa)
  • Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation in the Argentine Republic
  • Payment of consular fee: 200 US dollars or euros, depending on the Consular Office where the application is filed. The fee must be paid in the local currency of the Representation

Austria Visa Requirement

  • Application form
  • 1 passport picture according to ICAO criteria
  • Valid travel document Not older than 10 years, must contain at least two empty pages and be valid for at least three months after travel has been completed; any previous travel documents
  • Fingerprints will be taken age 12 and above
  • Copies of any previous Schengen Visas, respectively information/refusal of the relevant embassies concerning application stamps in the passport
  • If applicable: Copy of the National ID Card “(NIC)“
  • Current extract of the Family Registration Certificate (incl. translation)
  • Visa fee
  • Return flight ticket
  • Travel medical insurance
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Proof of financial means
  • Original and copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Proof of legal residence in Pakistan or Afghanistan (visa, residence permit, proof of accreditation, POC, etc.)

Bangladesh Visa Requirement

  • Duly filled visa application forms (typed)
  • Three recent passport size photograph
  • Passport (to be returned to the applicant and resubmitted on the day of delivery of visa, if approved) and color photocopies of passport first four pages on a4 size (minimum validity of 6 months)
  • Polio vaccine certificate original
  • Copy of any utility bill of residence (for confirmaiton of address)
  • Color photocopy of national ID (NIC/CNIC) on a4 size
  • Letter of invitation from Bangladesh, enclosing copy of NID or passport of the inviting person (only mention year of traveling)
  • Copy of flight particulars
  • Employer Covering Letter mentioning all details (only mention year of traveling)
  • Last Six Month Bank Statement (Personal)
  • Account Maintaining Certificate
  • Current And All previous Passport

Belgium Tourist Visa Requirement

  • A valid international passport (the validity of the passport has to exceed the end of the proposed trip by at least three months); + 1 copy of the used pages of the Passport + 1 copy national ID-card + the copy of the used pages of the previous passport (if you have one).
  • 1 visa application form + 1 recent passport photograph.
  • An original invitation letter from a travel agency (with verifiable references in Belgium)
  • Proof of employment and authorization of leave.
  • Ticket reservation.
  • A valid Int. Travel Insurance Document + 1 copy. The amount insured has to be minimum 30.000 EUR (equivalent in PKR) insurance has to cover the whole Schengen territory as well as the whole duration of the sojourn in Schengen territory. If the insurance cannot be obtained in Pakistan, one should obtain insurance from Europe.
  • A hotel reservation for the complete duration of your stay.
  • A detailed tourist program for the stay in Belgium (and/or the Schengen area)
  • Proof of sufficient financial means during the stay

  • Visa form online
  • Covering / Request Letter (addressed to Canadian high commission Islamabad)
  • Digital photograph, 35*40 white background matte finish without glasses
  • Invitation Letter (For Family Visit Visa)
  • Invitee passport copy /PRC Card Copy (For Family Visit Visa)
  • Hotel Confirm Booking (For tourist visa)

  • Current 06 Months Bank Statement and Account maintaining certificate
  • Family registration (F.R.C)
  • Relation proof with invitee
  • 03 months pay slips (for Salary Person) / Tax returns last 2 years (if proprietor)

  • Current Passport data pages and used pages soft copy merged in 1 file
  • Last 2 previous passports data pages soft copy merged in 1 file
  • Vaccination Certificate

China Visa Requirement

  • Complete Online Visa Form (picture will be uploaded in form) Select Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad as per TE letter
  • Visa Request letter from Pakistani Company (addressed to Consulate/Embassy as per TE letter)
  • ORIGINAL MINISTRY invitation (ADDRESSED TO CHINA Consulate/Embassy as per required station (Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad)
  • An invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China should be provided.
  • Chinese Company Business License
  • Two Photograph White background 33x48 matte finish (CHINA REQ)
  • NIC Copy on a4 page
  • Original Passport
  • Personal and Company Original Last Six-Month Bank Statement signed and stamped
  • Personal and Company Original Account Maintaining Certificate signed and stamped
  • Original Police Character Certificate (for First Time Visit and if visited china before 2015)
  • Original Police Character Certificate will be attested by ministry of foreign affairs Pakistan
  • Passport 1st , 2nd and china visa copy (if any) on a4 page
  • Personal Appearance required.

Finland Visa Requirement

  • A completed and signed Schengen visa application form.
  • A passport or other travel document
  • A copy of all pages of the passport
  • For non-Pakistani Nationals: proof of legal residence in Pakistan as appropriate (such as long stay visa, and/or residence or work permit
  • A passport photo that meets Dutch passport requirements. This photo cannot have been taken more than 6 months ago and must bear a clear resemblance.
  • Proof of travel
  • Proof of financial means and ties to the country of residence

Egypt Visa Requirement

  • Visa form (Also mention/write name of all visa issued on valid passport on top left of Visa form with Lead pencil. Printed front and back on a single paper)

  • Visa Request letter from employer Stamped, addressed to Egypt Embassy Islamabad
  • Invitation letter Color copy (business visa)
  • Personal and company Original bank statements for last 3 months signed and stamped with account maintenance (issued maximum 07 days before submission)
  • Travel itinerary
  • Hotel booking
  • 02 picture with white background matte finish 2x2 inch size without glasses without staple, light color shirt (not black or white shirt)
  • Original passport valid for 6 months
  • Passport 1st and 2nd page and Egypt visa (if any) color copy on a4
  • CNIC color copy on a4 page
  • Original polio certificate (IPV) (IPV stamp mandatory)
  • Original dengue fever certificate (FROM ANY GOVT OR PRIVATE HOSPITAL)
  • Personal NTN and tax returns last 2 years
  • Company NTN and chamber membership copy (Business Visa)
  • If Doctor, visa request letter on letter head + PMDC certificate
  • Salary slips for last 3 months (if employee)
  • Affidavit from parents/guardians to be provided; if the applicant is student or not employed; where there is to be mentioned that “they would be responsible forbearing the financial expenses of the applicant”
